with Norman Galinsky and Dr. Ken Silvestri
November 5th, 2017 1:00 – 4:00 PM

It is now recognized that certain forms of stress are at the root of all chronic illnesses.  Qigong and Tai Ji Quan, which have evolved over hundreds of years, consist of very gentle movements that when combined with Coherent Breathing offer an effective nontoxic process for enhancing and healing one’s autonomic nervous system. Learning these body/mind procedures, plus discussing their application to specific circumstances will give participants accessible tools for reducing stress and realizing greater self-fulfillment.
