Yamuna Body Rolling can prevent and heal injuries by elongating, strengthening, and deeply relaxing muscles, improving musculoskeletal alignment, and stimulating and improving the quality of bone by using a variety of small balls. Benefits include greater range of motion, freedom from old restrictive patterns and injuries, stress reduction by promoting deep and soothing responses in the nervous system, and enhancement of the practice of yoga.
