Transitions in Yoga

Life is constantly full of changes, additions, losses, and transitions. NJ Center for Healthy Living recently experienced the “addition” and transition of yoga classes to its core business, classes that up until December 31st, 2014 had been handled within our Center by our friends and affiliates at the Yoga and Meditation Center of Montclair.

While we were already in the process of having a new website designed for NJCHL in time for our tenth anniversary in February, we accelerated our launch plans to accommodate online registration for yoga, Yamuna Body Rolling, and T’ai Chi Chih classes. Thankfully some things remain the same and NJCHL yoga students will still practice with the same yoga instructors and the class “content” is the same. Check the schedule for specific class times and flexible class packages.

NJ Center for Healthy Living is your yoga place if you are looking for highly experienced instructors, a traditional approach to yoga, Hatha and Iyengar, with adaptations to the needs of today’s “western” culture of yoga students. In its traditional philosophy and form, NJCHL yoga is for everyone, and excellent for an overall state of health and well-being. If you have not yet experienced yoga or Yamuna Body Rolling or T’ai Chi Chih, come try in an environment where you will learn and practice in CARE-FULL hands.
