Why Practice Qi Gong

Last summer Dr.Nowicki was diagnosed with CLL, a form of leukemia.  He began doing Qi Gong every day during the month of July, studying a new form with a new teacher, Robert Peng.  He is grateful to say that he went into remission and has stayed there.  Now he would like to share the practice of Qi Gong with you.Qi Gong means the work of Qi, a practice of cultivating health and longevity. Qi Gong is taught in many different ways and people learn the various movements. Dr. Nowicki will share what he has learned over the past 25 years from different teachers with a specific interest in teaching how to feel the energy.

First come for the calming, toning, strengthening and de-stressing of Hatha Yoga.
