 The Wisdom of Choice

David Axelrod, PhD

April 1st

This presentation takes a holistic and economic view on the relationship between healing and growing.  We will first look at the healing-growing cycle.  The process moves from traumatic event through material, psychological and spiritual healing, and eventually into risk taking that permits growth again.  The economic perspective is grounded in recognizing that individuals, relationships and communities have a finite energy to traverse these phases.  The holistic perspective is illuminated with discovering synergies that can help you make the most of those energies.  Attendees will have an opportunity to apply these principles to generate personal insights into their own healing and growing needs.

David AxelrodDavid Axelrod is an economist by education, specializing in application of economics and statistical analysis to choices made by humans in business and relationships.  He is adjunct faculty at Montclair State University and also a musician.   Visit David’s website here
