Barre Synergy is strength and flexibility training incorporating principles and
postures of dance, yoga, and the Lotte Berke Method approach to total body conditioning.
The one-hour class follows a systematic format of challenging strengthening and
stretching intervals geared toward creating long, lean muscles and energy efficiency
through improved posture and increased muscle tone. The class is done to upbeat
and motivating music and closes with calming stretches.

Belly Dance
Learn a timeless ritual dance which will help balance
body, mind
and spirit.
Discover the beauty of Egyptian Baladi (traditional Egyptian Belly Dance). In
the beginner/intermediate class Audie Stellato infuses the session with the history
of the dance and information about Arabic music. Also available is the Meditative
Dance class in which Audie will introduce her technique which harkens to a time
when ritual dances enlivened the halls of ancient Egyptian temples. The soft,
fluid undulations and hip movements encourage students to focus on their center
of balance in body, mind and spirit. This beautifully fluid, low-impact technique
is open to dancers of all levels.

Yoga
Our approach to yoga is a blending of styles that build
strength, flexibility, and balance with a focus on alignment in the tradition
of B.K.S. Iyengar. Classes are challenging, yet non-competitive and include
asanas, (sustained stretches, yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques),
and guided relaxation. Courses are 8 weeks series designed to build experience
and understanding in a meaningful progression from week to week.

Pilates
Fitness for the twenty-first century!
Pilates is a series of carefully performed movements to improve muscle control,
coordination, flexibility and general body awareness. Involvement in Pilates
will heighten awareness of the body as a single, integrated unit while stretching

Qigong

Tao Yoga
Change your life and improve your health and well-being. In this class, you will learn to feel your own energy. Cultivate your body, mind, and spirit by practicing this modern form of ancient Asian energy balancing techniques. The one hour class is structured to allow deep relaxation and the free flow of Ki energy. The class consists of 30 minutes of strength and flexibility exercises, 15 minutes of core training focused on deep relaxed breathing, and closes with 15 minutes of energy sensitivity training. This practice focuses on experiencing your own energy, as well as feeling and becoming comfortable with your own body.

 Yamuna Body Rolling
Yamuna Body Rolling can prevent and heal injuries by elongating,
strengthening, and deeply relaxing muscles, improving musculoskeletal alignment,
and stimulating and improving the quality of bone by using a variety of small
balls. Benefits include greater range of motion, freedom from old restrictive
patterns and injuries, stress reduction by promoting deep and soothing responses
in the nervous system, and enhancement of the practice of yoga.
